Unnecessary id verification
I just created my account, i purchase something for $110, only after the transaction goes through and i want to claim my products, i am asked to show a selfie with my government id and a piece of paper that has "seagm" and the date of the payment written on it for absolutely no reason, im not able to refund this purchase, i am forced to do this if i want to get my products, do not purchase from this website, find something better.
