Purchased three gift cards paying via bank account. Customer Service came back and said identity verification is required. However, the verification needs to be done via email by sending driving license, picture and bank detail, but not via other trusted third-party. I decided not to proceed, it has been two weeks and I still haven’t received refund which it original claimed will take only max 72 hours. CS said given I was the one to decline providing info, they will charge me refund fee of few EUR (listed in T&C). All the T&C are trying to abuse the customer, avoid if you can. I hope putting a review here would at least get my refund back.
