Wrong item received then ghosted.
I received a wrong item and emailed the company with a photo of said wrong item. After a couple days they sent me a reply saying it would take 2-3 business days to get back to me. I sent them another email after a week asking for an update. No reply. I sent a follow up email and it's been almost 2 weeks. Still no reply. Do not buy from this company. They will sell you one item and give you a cheap knock off. Then when you kindly email them they will ghost you.
