horrible experience After a month of waiting and receiving nothing i asked to be reimbursed. It has been three months now, i haven't been reimbursed and i still haven't received my parcel. This is ridiculous. Also i see that the review i left on their website - responding to their automatic survey email - is not online. edit: AND NO NEED TO LIE IN YOUR ANSWER. + stop asking me to change my review on whatsapp
