Worst worst company to deal with. Applied Azerbaijan visa which cost 50 USD. During the application there was a disclosure to take COVID insurance without mentioning cost. Ultimately 3 visa’s costed me 695USD for visa fee including the insurance. Upon my inquiry for refund, they insisted that refund will take at least 45 days and suggested to keep the money with them for any future requirements. Upon my pursual, they said we can help you with hotel booking in Baku and for the last 15 days they are saying we will get back to you. They are thieves and will suggest everyone to avoid these at all costs.
