Terrible quality, poor customer service
Ordered a personalized key rack. The item I received was similar to the photo, but worse quality in every way. The color was off, the dimensions were completely different, the hooks were bent, the metal was thinner. When I emailed to ask, I was told that the website photo was a 'reference' and what I received was 'correct'. They also told me they won't honor a return, even though their website states a 30% fee on returns for personalized items. I should have known better than to order from this shady site, but blame Kozgifts for deceptive sales practices and contradictory return info. Buyer be very aware...
