The Roborock Q7 design is fundamentally flawed. The Battery Management Control system isn't sealed and therefore shorts out after a few a few months of service. The phone number is skeleton staffed and just rings continuously., therefore USELESS. The email service is TOTALLY FLAWED with useless bots that continuously cycle your email uselessly. My Roborock Q7 is now destined for recycling because the battery is dead and it cannot charge. It worked great initially. Then I noticed that it wasn't fully charging. Then it said "Unable to reach target retuning to charge", but then it wouldn't charge. After going back and forth about 10 times with Roborock support and bots they finally agreed to send my Roborock Q7 back for repair.
