Terrible order experience
I placed an order on Dec 10. I received 0 updates about the order by Dec 30 so I reached out and inquired on the status of the order. Linennaive responded saying the order wouldn’t go out until after the Chinese NY (2/10). I requested a cancellation and a refund. I was told it would take 10 business days for a refund. After 13 business days I still had no refund. Contacted them again and told them I’d be disputing the charges with my credit card. This is hands down the worst online experience I’ve had ordering items online. DO NOT order from this company- very unreliable!
