The coaches have solid knowledge and very willing to share. The team is very responsive to our queries except recently when their WhatsApp accounts were blocked. The video recordings have also been put up very quickly within a few hours to less than a day after each event so that we may catch up quickly if we are unable to attend the sessions. However, the flooding of messages in the chat groups are overwhelming and very likely that we could have missed some important messages, especially the pin messages will not appear in the desktop version of WhatsApp. Note that we cannot be with our phone or checking our phone messages all the time as we have other work commitments. Information overload for newbies leading to loss of confidence when peers or juniors can understand and catch up quickly with the coaches. Fortunately there are a few kind souls who constantly reassure we can do it eventually to remind us not to give up.
