Not a good experience. I have never experienced this in my online shopping! Love Bonito return method is sooooo stupid if you’re buying from USA, forget it! Trying to Request/Print return labels is a pain in the ass. Their customer service support is non-existent. I finally gave up on trying to contact them because now it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve lost $200 on these clothes are cheap and ugly. Ordered a small it seems like a Large. I’m already paying for the damn clothes I can’t pay more to get them altered. I never hated a clothing website as much as love bonito! Never again! Update next day: Now they wanna reach out within 24 hrs of my review? When I try to reach out for help no one want to reply! I stand by my review
