Steve and Tina are awesome. After getting a multitude of other lenders who flat said “NO” they couldn’t help with refinancing and several others who just said my situation was “too complicated”. Steve and Tina committed to the challenge and succeeded. They communicated every step clearly even providing tech support for IT challenged. Some people go the extra mile-Steve and Tina each went an extra five miles. I can thank them enough. I am truly blessed to have them throughout this process. I definitely will reach out to them if in need of purchasing or refinancing a home in the future.
