This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer experience I have ever encountered!!! Do not ever purchase from this company!! I have turned them over to the better Business bureau as well as contacted lawyers and will be proceeding with a small claims lawsuit against this company! The issued a refund for a product that I ordered due to the fact that it was no longer available in my size. That is all fine and well however they never actually put the money back in my account and the transaction has been pending for a very very long time! They do not respond to emails and they do not respond to live chat. They have zero customer service phone number for you to call and when you do actually get a hold of someone their answer to every question or problem you have is I'm sorry but we can't help you. At this point my lawyers will be handling this as well as the better Business bureau and I plan on seeing them in court. I urge anyone who is considering shopping with them to avoid it at all costs!!! This company's practices are illegal. I will also be posting to my YouTube channel, my tiktok account, and Instagram about my experience with them and warning everyone to stay away!
