Sweater scam
I purchased a number of sweaters from this company. They were shown as long slouchy style sweaters that came down below the hips and butt. When I received them, they barely came to my waist and the one side showed my midsection. I tried to contact customer service to return the items and get a refund. They told me they couldn't because they checked and they sent me the right items. They offered me an apology that I wasn't happy and suggested I keep the items. After fighting with them, they offered me $4USD....on a $300 order, as compensation. This company is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I've had to open a claim through my credit card company but don't think I'll get anything back.
