I have used it for 6 months but auto renewed and cannot get any response
I have used it for 6 months. I really felt I was starting with a product that was not ready for market with bits that wouldn’t work, and so on. I carried on in the hope it would get better, and it did, a bit but I did not want to renew. However I then found my sub had auto renewed. There was no warning and since then they are not answering my emails. So I now have another 6 month sub that I am not touching at all. I cannot see how to cancel and getting a refund if they are not answering my emails is unlikely to happen. I advise steer clear. There are better more mature products out there where you are not part of the beta testing
