Bad work from Ned Stevens Gutters
Ned Stevens Gutters was scheduled to clean the gutters, downspouts and dryer vent in November. For the second year in a row they have shown up in JANUARY. The gutter is too frozen to clean. They cleaned a pipe in the basement, not on the second floor. The water is off, so they couldn't the downspouts. Big, big rip off. Second year in a row.
