Pro: Easy to set-up, order. Quality product Con: the etched product (at least in my case) was very difficult to see without a light under the block itself. I think 3D Laser Gifts could be more forthcoming and show samples of what the end-product looks like without a light and with a light. I was disappointed until I went back and purchased the light source.
