I love Chewy so much - They truly are the best pet brand out there
I love Chewy so much. Prior to my most recent experience, I always had a great relationship with them. They send my girls birthday cards every year. They always let me know if there's a recall, that I can donate the food, and either replace the food or refund me. Even if one of our babies was picky! I chatted, they refunded me, helped me find a new brand to try, and got it mailed out to me. Their customer service has always been unmatched. But the real reason I'm doing this review is due to their response when they found out my home had burned down. Not only did they memorialize 2 of our kitties, but they also sent my 2 surviving girls a whole care package that included a new cat tree and many, many, much-needed items that were destroyed in the fire. I've never been so blessed by a brand. I spoke to real people who showed real comfort and care. I'll never go anywhere else.
