Quality is NOT consistent with prices
I really wanted to like this company. I bought the Synthesis #2 and #3 as a Christmas gift for myself. I was looking for a mid-range company whose jewelry would last for a couple years. I’m gentle with my jewelry so I figured this wouldn’t be an issue with the price point ($100 for two pairs.) Immediately upon arrival the back broke on #2. Both pairs also looked smaller and lower-quality (thinner, cheaper metal) in person. I asked for a replacement back and they sent me a new pair of earrings instead…first red flag. Now that I’ve had the earrings for about two weeks I have to say I’m really disappointed with the quality overall. They feel cheap and the snap enclosure on #3 is already not clicking in easily. They come undone throughout the day even after I’ve checked that they’re secure several times. I have a sneaking suspicion that this is a drop-shipping company. Very very disappointing and I will not be repurchasing.
