I attempted to cancel my subscription within the refund policy period provided on their website. Unfortunately, I could not find an option to cancel my subscription on the website. Additionally, when I tried to contact them via email, I received an error message indicating that my message could not be delivered to their e-mail address because it was either invalid or unable to receive emails. I also didn't receive a reply regarding this issue on the Facebook chat.
