Disappointment
I ordered and paid for a dress almost 2 weeks ago, and have not received it yet. When I use the order number to check on it on their website, it just shows a message that they will notify when it has been shipped. I have sent them different emails but they told me they can't trace the order. When I sent the screenshots of the order with the data (absurd thing) they no longer responded to me. If they don't give me my money back I will report them to the police.
