Poor Customer Service
I ordered a footstool cover that appeared to be defective, as there was no way to secure the fabric to the stool. I wrote to the company, sent them photos, they responded once to inform me they were going to look into it (so I know they're fully aware of the problem), then they never followed up despite repeated enquiries from me.
