Mid-Informed about co-signer being removed from the loan.
December of 2022 I called customer service and asked when I could get the cosignor/myself off the loan. I was informed of 12 consecutive payments. Here we are in January 2024,now they're stating I have to make 24 consecutive payments. They can't a supervisor on the phone fast enough!! NEVER AGAIN#FACTS
