Zero customer support… terrible
You know it takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but this company pushed me to my limit. I had to involve my bank just to get my money back. I ordered four items from Oyrosy — one of them was the blue jumpsuit. That was the only thing that showed up, and it was a disaster. The fit was completely off, the denim was stiff and thick, nothing like the flowy look they advertised. When I tried to return it, they refused. Instead of processing a simple return, they kept pushing me to pick another item from their site. And to make things worse, I’m still waiting on two other items they claimed were “out of stock” after they took my money. No refund. No transparency. Nothing. How do you charge people for items you don’t even have and then refuse to give the money back? That feels like daylight robbery. Their customer service is useless — you can’t reach a real person, and they avoid every attempt at resolving the issue. They advertise items that aren’t in stock and don’t tell you until after they’ve already charged you. This company operates like a total scam. RUN.
