Looks nothing like our pet…
Ordered the item as it says they check you are happy with the image before making your item. No check was made and an atrocious image was printed on the hoodie with no similarity to the picture supplied, the hoodie was a 2xl so nice and baggy but the picture was so small, not to scale with the hoodie. The ping pong of insulting offers of refunds was ridiculous with the last email explaining they were not a scam just very overwhelmed with contact since the Christmas period. Nothing since. I’m down over £40 for a gift I cannot give as it looks nothing like our pet. Interestingly you can’t leave a review on their website. So where did they get all the reviews from? Made up I suspect.
