Very poor product and service
Purchased for the ability to download videos on a MacBook Pro. I got an error message even after downloading and resetting a couple of times. Reached out for help, nothing after several Emails. Then asked for a refund and again nothing. Eventually after another email and threat that I would get this refunded through my credit card provider, it was cancelled and refunded today. Very poor service and very disapointed.
