Appliance Connection
I ordered a microwave from Lowe's in Dec and it was supposed to be delivered in Dec then early Jan then late Jan then early Feb. I was pretty disappointed so I found the same microwave on Appliance Connection in late Dec. I ordered knowing the product was on backorder with the company. But I received it late January earlier than expected (they had estimated 10Feb). The delivery date and time was set up a few days before arrival. The delivery time was as promised with a text 15 minutes before arrival. The delivery people were very professional, took pictures of the unit to show it was in good shape. Very happy with the professionalism shown and them meeting their commitment on delivery. Microwave was also cheaper than Lowes. . . Jackie from customer service was very helpful.
