Great product. It worked extremely well for restoring my files. However, be very careful with the subscription. The service automatically renews yearly, and in my experience, getting out of the renewal after being charged has been extremely difficult. I received only a brief reminder shortly before my credit card was charged for another full year. I was not under the impression that I had agreed to an ongoing yearly subscription, and I certainly did not intend to renew it. I was then charged for an entire additional year for software that I no longer need or expect to use. While the software itself worked great, the subscription and renewal experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. I will use a different file-recovery program the next time I need one.
