Arnel, was not that helpful.She did not solve my issue. She just put the blame on my internet service provider. She said her side all is fine. When we got in touch with the technician we got to know that the problem lies with Vodien. Don’t use vodien or you will get headache. Your life will be miserable especially if you use them for your business. Due to their unprofessional nature. You will not be assigned to any particular sales manager who will handle your account. Even if you pay them thousands. You will need to deal with various customer service. You need to repeat over and over again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
