Service & online shopping
Precise, sharp turnaround and delivery. Website needs improvement, when you turn the page, it does not start at the top of the next page. Promo pricing is somewhat clumsy. It is better to give a flat 10% disc then to say $40 per $400. Of coz we want to maximise the max disc but it’s tiresome to mix and match in precise multiples of $400. If we don’t do that, then we’re getting less than 10%. Every promo package must make the buyer willing to buy without having to worry about constraints.
