Excellent Booster, Poor Pricing Transparency
Booster ELSUS2020 was a beast and incredibly fun to play with. I ordered 5 ARAM wins for 12.24€, and we won all five games. A few hours later, when I tried to place the same order again, I was surprised to see that the price had increased by 5€ for the exact same amount of wins. When I contacted customer support, they suggested it might have been a promotional or new-customer price. However, I explained that I am a returning customer and that the 12.24€ price had been available for weeks. Unfortunately, I received no clear explanation, only uncertainty. This felt like a very disappointing and unfair experience. I’ve previously had nothing but positive interactions with both the boosters and customer support, but this situation left a bad impression. Because of this pricing inconsistency and lack of transparency, I won’t be returning as a customer.
