Hate I was ever referred to Bosscat!
I have been dealing w/Bosscat for roughly 3 weeks. Initially, I felt I found the company I could rely on for current and future repairs. Not so! The representatives sent to my home to do the repairs, wore regular street clothes, had nothing stating or showing they worked for Bosscat, smoked cigarettes while on my proper, and showed up 3 1/2 hours late the 1st day and 2 1/2 hours late the 2nd day. Because Jay M. (Project Coord.) felt the 2 men completed the job a day ahead of schedule, the only thing he felt was sufficient was to email me his "apologies". In response, I stated, "surely you don't think the apology is all I deserve", to which he called and offered me a $50 discount on a $2000+ job. Here we are in the 3rd week. Due to miscommunication, I missed including an additional repair from last week. I reluctantly reach out to Bosscat to get the repair completed. Because it's a small, ceiling repair, I was hoping to get it done within 24 hours. Because I owe a balance (that was initially agreed could be paid after my closing), before scheduling me for the new repair (that was missed), Jay M. is trying to force me to apply for a LOAN (w/a "soft credit pull") to pay the balance, AFTER I have already paid the initial deposit. My daughter is a Realtor and she referred me to Bosscat, stating they were a top notch, reputable company, that would work with me (knowing I would not have a large sum of money until after closing). Now I am regretting asking my daughter for assistance. I am waiting for my deposit refund and will tell everyone I know, use BOSSCAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
