If I can give a minus star for my recent experience I will definitely rate them negative performance. They cancelled my order without sending me any form of notification. I waited for my stuffs and tried to track my order but the record was blank (as if nothing ever happen, unlike other online plaforms ). I made at least 5 calls the customer service spoken to the staffs explained to them my situation . (Luckily I screen shot my order reference no.,as a record). But they pretended that they are helpful and ended up nothing can be done. Poor customer service provided. 😤 My time wasted. I will stick to Redmart, Shopee Mart or Amazon SG for efficient service.
