My experience was great but you forgot one bracelet in my package as well as one of your bracelets broke and I had to pay $10 shipping to get it back. It was your fault that the bracelet wasn't in the package and the other bracelet broke so that kind of upset me but other than that, I have a lot of your product. I have 19 different bracelets.
