Paul Rich employees and Liars, they do not honor their Warranty
I have ordered multiple pieces with no problem. But I recently ordered a limited Legacy Watch. After I received the piece, the stem on the watch was bent. I have contacted this company multiple times, and they have blown me off. They were supposed to have their product specialist follow up. Crickets, they do not do what they say they are going to do or followup when they say they are going to! Buyer beware!!!
