Effective customer service
I bought Passper for zip but this software is not valid for the type of 7z compressed file that I have. I have communicated the problem and they have quickly responded to me trying to help and since it is not possible they have refunded my purchase. Kindness and speed at all times are the most valuable. Thank you, Aurora.
