Great customer service from Jing
Great customer service from Jing! I bought and installed 4 recessed LED lights a few years back. A few weeks ago, one of the lights went bad. I emailed support and Jing was excellent in helping me to troubleshoot before offering to send me replacements. I accidentally said the wrong size, got the wrong lights and then Jing agreed to send the correct size, no questions asked. I will continue buying the Lumary products, not just because they make great products but because of their great customer service! Thank you Jung!
