Has anyone had a payout denied due to “rapid re-entry” when that rule wasn’t present in the contract they originally signed? I’m currently dealing with a situation where my account was reinstated after internal issues, and Risk are applying a later contract that I was never provided for that account.
I’ve been trading with FundedX for some time and recently experienced an issue where several of my funded accounts were deleted due to internal errors. The current risk team acknowledged this and helped reinstate my account, which I genuinely appreciate. After building profits on the reinstated account, I requested a payout. This was later declined due to “rapid re-entry”. However, this restriction does not appear in the risk contract that I was provided, signed, and traded under, and no updated contract was issued to me before trading on the reinstated account. I have since asked the team to review the payout in line with the signed contract or alternatively issue the correct updated contract so I can continue trading under the proper terms. I’m currently awaiting a final resolution and remain hopeful this will be handled fairly. I will update this review once the matter is concluded.
