HORRIBLE customer service. NEVER recieved my package.
HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order back in December. The package was supposed to be forwarded to my new address but for some reason, the company doesn't allow forwarding so the package was never delivered to me. I have an email thread of 29 messages going back and forth over the last two months with absolutely zero help from customer service. They gave me the run-around. I did all the work reaching out to my courier and everything and they still refuse to either resend my package or refund me. I just keep getting generic responses of "The team is reviewing this". Now that I finally told them I would seek legal action, all they are saying is that the team is doing training so responses might be slower than usual. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This has SCAM written all over it and I'm extremely frustrated. I will have to report this as fraud to my bank now.
