ATT Reps working at Best Buy
Just bought a TV there and the guys working in the TV area were awesome! This review is for the ATT guys that work in the cell area. I got roped into getting a quote to transfer service from Verizon to ATT. Spent 1-2 hrs going through all of this with the reps. Decided it sounded like a good deal and signed up based off of no contract or penalties if we quite service anytime. On the way out I was given some info to send our old phones back. That night I read through it and most everything they told me was a lie! I came back to cancel next day and not there but received a call from a Regional manager that said he will send to escalation team and they will contact me right away to cancel. Did not happen. Reached back out to Regional manager and nothing. Will file a complaint with Best Buy and ATT corporate. Don't believe anything they say! May end up canceling my TV order as so upset about this.
