Poor product, terrible customer service
The microscope I purchased is absolutely terrible, the worst I've ever used, and totally insufficient for my work. Very disappointed. When I contacted the company about their 30 day refund policy I simply got no response. There is no way on their website to leave reviews for this product which seems highly unethical as they know they're intentionally selling a poor quality product and don't want dissatisfied customers like myself to warn the next poor fool. I looked and a LOT of products on their website have no reviews and no avenue to leave a review so I would label most products on this website as BUYER BEWARE because you're likely wasting your money
