Scam-ish
I POSTED THIS REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT IT DOESN’T SHOW Only fake reviews on the website Product delivery was so late, it took almost two months (order was made at the beginning of December and it was received at the end of January). Customer service was unwilling to help. Spam emails are so over the top, I receive several every day despite asking customer service again and again to stop (I have now blocked the contact from my email). The PRODUCT itself is below expectations but most of all it does not match the photos on the website. As everyone can see from the picture I uploaded, my dog has no shading, no detail. It’s more of a cartoon kind of picture, rather than the semi-realistic, detailed pictures they advertise on the website. The picture is still cute because obviously dogs are never going to be ugly but still, it is not as advertised and as I was expecting. There is also an awkward line on the left of my dogs face, what is that supposed to be? His tail? His body? It looks wrong. I will never purchase from this website again and neither should you. It’s not a scam but you feel scammed in the end, after waiting a long time and dealing with unresponsive and useless customer service, upon receiving a product that looks nothing like what is advertised.
