Overall a great product for the price. But do read carefully and understand that not all USB-C ports support video (details on their web site, I just didn't fully read and understand). My single USB-C 3.2 gen 1 port does not support video. They were able to send me a cable that works and I am happy with the product. If I had researched the product better I probably would have spent the extra to get the F2 model instead of the S2 due to better screen support and versatility. Note that product support is by email only from China and is offset 16 hours from West Coast USA. The cables were back ordered and shipped from China. So with patience and understanding everything worked out well. They are good folks, just need to be patient.
