Awful customer service
Awful customer service, only sent text to say my appointment had been cancelled and rebooked for a date over 2 weeks later even though I booked 2-3 months ago. The date is when I’m on holiday, I’ve called and left voicemails 5 times to re arrange, over the last week, I have had no call back. I have a plan with them for monthly charge for 2 cleans per year, for the last 2-3 years they have cancelled the appointment every single time! The cleans are good when they finally turn up!
