Misleading product.
Misleading product. They promise that with a subscription you can recover all of your files, but when you pay hundreds of dollars for the subscription & scan for the files they tell you that you have to pay extra & upgrade the subscription to actually recover the files. Also if you only get a one month subscription it will automatically roll over & continue to charge you unless you cancel the subscription. There are a lot of other programs that can get the same results for free. Do your research & avoid the high fees
