Wrong scooter model shipped, still waiting for any form of service!
I received the wrong scooter model. One week later after multiple emails, phone calls, and ticket submissions with photographic proof, and Niu has not even provided a return shipping label for the wrong scooter, much less initiated the shipment of the correct one, which I ordered 3 weeks ago.
