Fraud alert
I ordered an item in late December, and received several notices tracking the shipping status, with the last one showing it in transit in the US. Then nothing further. When I inquired, they sent me a new tracking number stating it arrived at my post office back in January for pickup. I never received a notice from my post office, and when I checked at the post office, they had no record of any such package. Now the customer service team states the package was returned to a different location than where it originated. I’ve requested a full refund, and they offered a refund minus shipping fee, but nothing has happened to satisfy my request. I believe this is a scam and warn any future customer to not shop there. I’m still waiting for my money😡
