I ordered a lamp 30 inches tall
I ordered a lamp 30 inches tall. It was supposed to be alabaster. I have alabaster 1amps, this lamp you can pick up with two fingers. The lamp came without any of the hardware I needed to put the shade up or the finial but, what was most distressing was the lamp is not alabaster - I also had to purchase the hardware to put up the shade - I paid for an alabaster lamp so they misrepresented sent me an impostor. I called them multiple times emailed - i knew it wasn’t alabaster but had a specialist look at the lamp and it is not alabaster- I implore everyone to not give your business to this company. The misrepresentation is disgusting and they will not respond or do anything to help the situation. Gross business scamming practices!!! You should be ashamed.
