The "100% Refund Protection" is a scam
Order No: QHHUPTDR. I purchased 4 bus tickets and paid extra SGD28.58 for their "100% Refund Protection". I cancelled the tickets and requested a refund 2 days before the trip. However, after waiting for 8 days, they replied the following: "Dear Customer, Greetings From Easybook.com! Please be advised that the cancellation is subject to the policy provided. Unfortunately, your refund request has been rejected as it does not constitute as a double booking."
