Outstanding! Customer service was able to help me via chat with every issue I had. Be mindful that because of the time difference, someone may not answer quickly after you let the BOT know you want to speak with a live person (this is the only reason I didn't give the platform 5 stars). But once I was connected, the customer service was excellent and respectful. She was patient and was able to resolve my billing issue. I am extremely satisfied with the assistance and kindness.
