Don't go near them!
Placed order for Kerastase products on Jan 17th 2024 - 4 weeks later order has still not been shipped. Enquires are just met with generic email responses. I have a tracking number now but still not shipped and not even sure if I will receive the order. Does not reflect well on Kerastase either. Would never ever purchase through these people again. Either scammers or a pathetically run business.
